This Terms and Condition for Use of www.VebPrints.com website is a legal agreement between you and Vebstudio, which owns and runs the website www.VebPrints.com (hereinafter referred as ‘www.VebPrints.com’, ‘our’, ‘us’, ‘we’) providing, among other things, the terms and conditions for your use of www.VebPrints.com’s services ( the ‘Services’ or ‘Website services’) through the company cooperate office located at Building No:9/405 Elankur PO ,Manjeri ,Malappuram  DIST, Kerala- 676122-INDIA (the ‘Website’, ‘Site’). 3.3 License to VebPrints:
By uploading or submitting User Content to the Website, you grant VebPrints a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable and sub-licensable license to:

  • Use, reproduce, store, host, display, modify, adapt, print, and distribute such content,

  • Solely for the purpose of providing, promoting, and fulfilling the Services, including printing, production, order processing, quality checks, customer support, and marketing (where applicable).

This license remains in effect while your content is stored on our systems or as needed to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our rights.

3.4 Responsibility for Content:
You are solely responsible for your User Content and for ensuring that it:

  • Does not infringe any copyright, trademark, design right, privacy right, or other third-party rights;

  • Is not defamatory, obscene, abusive, harassing, hateful, unlawful, or otherwise inappropriate;

  • Does not contain any illegal content or encourage illegal activities.

7. Product Orders, Pricing & Payment

7.1 Customized Products
Most products sold on VebPrints are customized and printed according to your instructions and uploaded designs. You are responsible for ensuring that all design elements, text, spelling, and details are correct before placing the order.

7.2 Print Quality & Colors
We use professional printing processes to achieve the best possible results. However:

  • Colors on screen (RGB) may differ slightly from printed colors (CMYK).

  • Minor variations in color, alignment, or print position may occur and are generally considered acceptable within industry standards.

If the product reasonably matches your approved design and the chosen specifications, you agree that you will not hold VebPrints liable for minor variations or subjective dissatisfaction.

7.3 Pricing & Taxes
All prices displayed on the Website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and fees will be added at checkout.

7.4 Payment
By placing an order, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are authorized to use the payment method you provide;

  • All payment information provided is true and correct;

  • You will pay all charges incurred at the prices in effect at the time of order, including taxes and shipping.

No order is deemed accepted until we confirm it via email or order status update on the Website.

8. Shipping, Delivery, Returns & Refunds

8.1 Shipping & Delivery
We will ship your order to the address specified by you at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided for your convenience and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, public holidays, bad weather, or events beyond our control.

8.2 Inspection on Delivery
You must inspect the products upon delivery. If you find any damage, defect, or mismatch (e.g., wrong product or major print error), you must notify us within 48 business hours of receiving the order at support@vebprints.com, along with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

8.3 Customized Products – Limited Returns
Because our products are made-to-order and customized based on your design:

  • We generally do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect file uploaded, or design errors approved by you.

  • Returns or replacements are considered only in cases of:

    • manufacturing defects,

    • damage in transit, or

    • incorrect product shipped compared to the order.

Any such cases will be handled as per our Return & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8.4 Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed via NEFT or the original payment method, as applicable, within 7–10 working days from confirmation of refund. For credit card payments, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account as per your bank’s policies.

8.5 Cancellation
Order cancellation is only possible before printing/production has started, subject to our Return & Cancellation Policy. A minimum cancellation fee may be applicable to cover payment gateway and processing charges.

9. Third-Party Links & Services

9.1 The Website may contain links to third-party websites or may use services, plugins, or integrations operated by third parties.

9.2 These third-party sites and services are not under our control and we are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices. Your use of such third-party sites is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
