These Delivery Terms explain how orders placed through www.vebprints.com (“Website”) are shipped and delivered. By placing an order on the Website, you agree to the Delivery Terms outlined below.
1. Delivery Service Overview
Products ordered and purchased through VebPrints.com will be delivered to the shipping address you provide during checkout.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking details.
2. Delivery Partners
All deliveries are handled by professional courier companies partnered with VebPrints.com.
Delivery attempts are generally made Monday to Saturday, between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
No deliveries will be made on Sunday or public holidays.
If you are not usually available at your residence during these hours, we recommend providing your office or workplace address.
You may be required to:

Sign for the delivery, and

Provide a valid government-issued ID proof.
3. Missed Deliveries
If you are unavailable when delivery is attempted:

The courier will try 1–2 additional delivery attempts to the same address.

If unsuccessful, the courier (on behalf of VebPrints.com) will contact you to arrange:

Another delivery attempt, or
-
Pickup from the nearest courier office.

If the courier is unable to reach you using the contact details provided, despite reasonable attempts, VebPrints.com reserves the right to cancel the order.
4. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery time varies between 3–10 working days, depending on your location.
While we make every effort to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Strikes, hartals, or other external events

5. Delivery Charges

If your delivery address is determined to be in a remote or hard-to-access area, we may request an additional delivery fee.
If you do not wish to pay this additional fee, you may choose to cancel the order before dispatch.

You can view estimated delivery charges during checkout by entering your pin code and address on the VebPrints.com website.
7. Tracking Your Order
You can track your order by:

8. Transfer of Risk & Liability
VebPrints.com ships all products in standard protective packaging.

Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided.

From that point onward, VebPrints.com is not liable for any damage, loss, or destruction.
VebPrints.com is not responsible for delivery issues arising from:

Incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by you

Your unavailability at the address

Failure to respond to courier contact attempts
If delivery to your location is not possible, we will contact you to:

Arrange delivery to an alternate address, or

Cancel and refund the order (if applicable).
9. Late Delivery
While we aim to deliver within 3–10 business days, you acknowledge and agree that VebPrints.com is not liable for:

Delays in delivery,

Any resulting loss, cost, damage, or expense,

Circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, network outages, strikes, operational delays, etc.).
10. Conflict with Terms & Conditions
If there is any conflict between these Delivery Terms and the Terms & Conditions of VebPrints.com, the Terms & Conditions shall prevail.’
