Can I Cancel an Order?

To ensure fast delivery, we print orders the same day they are placed. You can cancel your order only if it has not been processed for production.

To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team immediately via:

Your refund will be initiated within 48 hours of confirmation, and it may take 7–10 working days to reflect in your account. For credit card payments, refunds may take up to 20–22 working days.

Please note:

  • Orders can only be canceled if they meet the above conditions.

  • Orders can also be canceled if payment has not been received.

  • A minimum cancellation fee of Rs. 30 will be deducted to cover payment gateway charges. The remaining amount will be refunded.


How Do I Cancel My Order?

Order cancellation is possible only before production starts.

To request a cancellation:

  1. Email support@vebprints.com with your order number.

  2. Our team will confirm whether your order can be canceled.


Refund Policy

  • The refund process starts within 48 hours of cancellation confirmation.

  • The amount will be credited within 7–10 working days to your account.

  • For credit card payments, it may take 20–22 working days to reflect.

  • Refunds are processed via NEFT transfer, coordinated by our accounts team.

Can I Return Products I Have Received?

We generally do not accept returns or exchanges.

Exceptions include:

  • Transport damage: If items are damaged during delivery by VebPrints or a third-party logistics provider, contact customer service immediately.

  • Incorrect or mismatched products: You may return the product after confirmation from support.

Important:

  • Inspect all items upon delivery and report any damages within 48 business hours.


Return Shipping Charges

If a return is approved:

  • Email a scanned copy of your courier receipt within 7 days of return.

  • We will refund your shipping charges up to Rs. 150 per kg.

  • If you cannot provide a receipt within 7 days, a flat Rs. 100 will be refunded.


Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, contact our Customer Care immediately with:

  1. Your order number (in the email subject)

  2. Details of the affected product(s) and the issue

  3. Your preference for replacement or refund

A Customer Care Specialist will respond promptly.


Orders Delayed in Delivery

  • Orders are delivered as per the timeline shown at checkout.

  • Delays may occur due to bad weather or carrier issues.

  • In such cases, we do our best to ensure timely delivery.
